1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Fulbo mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Agustin Bigoni, based in Argentina ("we", "us", "Fulbo").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using Fulbo you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your sign-in credentials with Google or Apple secure. Notify us immediately at agustinbigoni@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You may not impersonate another person, register multiple accounts to evade restrictions, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fulbo to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users.
• Upload content that is obscene, hateful, infringes third-party intellectual property, or violates Argentine law.
• Create fake teams, fake matches, or fake stats to mislead other users.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam to other users.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our servers, or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or extract data from the Service through automated means.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Fulbo (team names, photos, comments, stats, etc.). By uploading content you grant Fulbo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce that content solely as needed to provide the Service to you and the members of teams you belong to.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

6. Intellectual Property and Infringement Reports

The Fulbo name, logo, app design, and all related branding are the property of Agustin Bigoni. A trademark application for "Fulbo" is currently pending before the Argentine National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

If you believe that content on Fulbo infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a notice to agustinbigoni@gmail.com including:

• A description of the work you believe is infringed.
• The specific content on Fulbo you are reporting (team name, user, screenshot, etc.).
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We will review valid notices and remove infringing content promptly.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app (see our Privacy Policy, Section 8). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Service Availability and Changes

Fulbo is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or feature continuity. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when practical.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, in no event shall Agustin Bigoni be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agustin Bigoni from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunales Ordinarios de la Ciudad de Córdoba, Provincia de Córdoba, Argentina.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of Fulbo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
