1. Who We Are

Fulbo is operated by Agustin Bigoni, an individual based in Argentina, acting as the data controller (responsable del tratamiento) under Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data. You can contact us at agustinbigoni@gmail.com.

2. What We Collect

When you create an account and use Fulbo, we collect:

• Account information from your sign-in provider: email address, full name, and profile photo (if available) from Google or Apple when you sign in.
• Profile information you provide: date of birth, username, phone number (optional), and bio (optional).
• Team and match data: teams you create or join, match results, attendance records, lineups, awards, and player statistics.
• Device information: push notification tokens (only if you enable notifications).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core app functionality: organizing matches, tracking attendance, and calculating player statistics.
• To send push notifications about matches and team activity (only if you opt in).
• To display your profile and stats to other members of teams you belong to.
• To enforce our Terms of Use and maintain platform safety.

4. Sign-In Providers

Fulbo uses third-party authentication providers to let you sign in without managing a separate password:

• Sign in with Google: we request only your basic profile (email, name, profile photo). We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service. Google's own Privacy Policy applies to their handling of your account. You can revoke Fulbo's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Sign in with Apple: we receive your name and email (or Apple's private relay email if you choose "Hide My Email"). You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple on your device.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, which uses encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. Authentication sessions are stored securely on your device.

6. International Data Transfers

Because our infrastructure provider (Supabase on AWS) operates servers outside Argentina, your personal data may be transferred to and stored in the United States or other countries where Supabase and AWS operate data centers. We rely on the contractual and technical safeguards provided by these vendors to protect your data in transit and at rest. By using Fulbo you consent to this international transfer.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Your profile information (name, username, avatar, stats) is visible to members of teams you belong to. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising services.

We may disclose your information only when required by Argentine law, a court order, or to protect the safety of our users and the integrity of the service.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete Account inside the app. When you request deletion:

• Your account is immediately deactivated and your profile becomes invisible to other users.
• A 30-day grace period begins, during which you can reactivate your account by contacting us.
• After 30 days, your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, including your profile, photo, push tokens, and authentication record.
• Your historical contributions to matches and stats are anonymized as "Jugador eliminado" so that other users' team history and statistics remain accurate.

9. Your Rights Under Argentine Law (Ley 25.326)

As a data subject in Argentina, you have the following rights, known as ARCO rights:

• Acceso (Access): request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectificación (Rectification): request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Cancelación (Cancellation): request deletion of your data (see Section 8).
• Oposición (Objection): object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

To exercise these rights, email agustinbigoni@gmail.com. We will respond within 10 business days as required by Law 25.326.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the Argentine supervisory authority for data protection: argentina.gob.ar/aaip.

10. Children's Privacy

Fulbo requires a date of birth during registration. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at agustinbigoni@gmail.com and we will delete the account.

11. Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we store a device-specific token to deliver match and team alerts. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings, which automatically invalidates the token.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of Fulbo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
